Regarding Lien Waivers
We do not provide lien waivers for online purchases where no services or labor have been performed. Lien waivers are documents used within the construction industry when contractors, subcontractors, or material suppliers perform labor or provide materials for property improvement projects. Their purpose is to confirm that payment has been made and that no lien rights remain against the property.
Because our business involves the sale of finished products through online transactions, and payment is made in full at the time of order, lien waivers are not applicable. Customers receive a detailed invoice confirming that payment has been received and that all financial obligations related to the purchase have been satisfied.
Where we have provided labor, such as installation services within our service area, we will provide a lien waiver upon request once payment has been received in full.
Your order confirmation or invoice serves as complete proof of payment for all online product purchases, and no additional lien-related documentation is necessary.
